Community Giving

Donations and Sponsorships

We are committed to giving back!

Donations and sponsorships from Citizens Bank Minnesota support organizations that focus on improving the health and vitality of the communities we serve. Our legacy of active community participation has always been a part of our company culture. We pride ourselves on our commitment to meeting the needs of, fueling opportunities in, and combating challenges faced by our communities. In addition, we support organizations which promote economic development and organizations which promote a positive climate for businesses within our communities.

Citizens team members volunteer countless hours in their communities for a variety of organizations. We are grateful that we can help support the communities in which we work and live.

Education Empowerment Fund

Citizens is excited to provide teachers and schools in the communities we serve the opportunity to apply for donations for specific school projects. This will allow us to reach more students by supporting initiatives that enhance the educational experience. Eligible projects could include specialized tools for classroom learning, funding for library improvements, or the creation of new programs aimed at assisting student learning.

Starting January 2025, click below to submit a request. In the application, be sure to mark ‘yes’ for the question regarding our Education Empowerment Fund.

How To Submit A Request:

All requests must be submitted using the request form (see link below). Applications should be submitted at least 45 days in advance of the event or required funding date. Please allow a minimum of 15 days for your request to be reviewed and for a response to be given. Unfortunately, not every request can be granted. Each submission is evaluated by a team at Citizens.
