The selected candidate will be responsible for all aspects of residential real estate lending function. Also provides services to major customers and prospective customers seeking all types of bank services as well as being responsible for Delivering the Ultimate Experience by developing positive, meaningful relationships with new and existing clients. Job Responsibilities :
- Serves as a primary residential real estate lender for the bank.
- Responsible for underwriting real estate loans.
- Responsible for periodic review of existing bank products and services as well as new product development.
- Remain current on mortgage processing, loan underwriting and maintaining real estate files and documentation.
- Provide functional support for other loan officers.
- Solicit new business by contacting prospective customers.
- Participate in overall bank management by serving on committees.
- Provide management with reports or other information as directed to inform them of activities and progress.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/business administration or equivalent work experience
- Computer and mathematical skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Experience with mortgage software preferred
